History

With consistent and increasing demand for conference travel services with existing clients of our sister company Hancock Events, it was clear that a new and separate division should be formed to concentrate on the management of conferences and incentives travelling abroad.

The formation of Directions, an IATA accredited travel agency, enabled us to offer next to immediate travel advice with the confidence that we could search for the best rates and check availability at the drop of a hat, without waiting for a third party's response. Business could now be conducted in a way in which we could ensure our clients would be satisfied with our response times and the quality of information they would receive would be superior to their expectations.

Whether it be a domestic or an international program, Directions, or moreover its staff, has the capability and experience to deliver a successful, unique and on-budget program on every occasion. Furthermore, our ability to provide travel services as an IATA licensed travel agency, gives us an immediate edge over our competitors whom would normally need to contact and wait for details from a third party who may not necessarily provide all the information required.

Since, its inception in 2000, Directions has grown from a staff base of two to ten enthusiastic, extremely experienced and dedicated employees who are ready to assist you in creating a memorable and extraordinary incentive or conference program.  Our experience operating programs in Australia makes us the DMC of choice on this continent.
