Personal service is provided every step of the way, with an Account Manager allocated to your program. This ensures you have one personal contact in our office at your disposal. All our staff work closely together in Directions, and are often familiar with accounts other than their own - so they are able to assist when necessary.

Your Account Manager will accompany the program and will be the liaison person on the ground and will cover:

• Provision of an operations grid which will cover the day by day running of the program
• Dedicated point of contact for all suppliers and hotel personnel
• On call 24 hours
• Pre-advance group and organise pre-convention briefings with all suppliers, guides and hotel
• Co-ordination of all flights and transfers
• Co-ordination of airport check ins
• Reconfirmation of all flights and accommodations
• Co-ordination of optional touring and group touring
• Co-ordination and provision of departure notices
• Co-ordination of any room drops
• Co-ordination of bag pulls
• Daily liaison with the ground operator, hotel and airline whilst at the destination
• Look after all budgets and provide final reconciliation
